Job Description
The SMART Clinical Recruiter hires qualified locum physicians and advanced practice providers. This includes networking and communicating with candidates and potential candidates leads, setting up and conducting interviews, and building and maintaining applicant relationships for current and future needs. Recruiter will also work with operational teams during the credentialing and onboarding process.Location: Remote
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Creating a red-carpet treatment in order to hire qualified locum physicians and advanced practice providers. This includes networking and communicating with candidates by utilizing our CRM as well as external databases, setting up interviews, and building and maintaining applicant relationships for current and future needs.
Locum Recruiters will also work with operational teams to ensure that locum candidates are credentialed and onboarded for assignments.
Documents all candidate activity in applicant tracking system including all candidate activities, system requirements and generating reports.
Performs other assignments and duties as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of and skill in using personal computers in a Windows setting.
Knowledge of applicant tracking system (ATS, CRM)
Knowledge of trade show coordination as it relates to recruiting efforts.
Ability to communicate with coworkers, physicians and advanced practice providers, outside vendors and management in a courteous and professional manner. Must be comfortable and capable of extensive communication via the phone, in person and in writing.
Ability to effectively perform in a multi-task environment.
Ability to process assigned duties in an efficient amount of time and in an organized manner.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of recruiting, sales, or related experience in a production setting required.
Salary Range: $59,364.00-$109,823.40
