Técnico en carreras administrativa o afines, estudiante profesional de pregrado mínimo 8to semestre y/o profesional en carreras afines: administrativas, ingeniería civil o economía.
Experiencia
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia certificada en procesos de atención al cliente: front office y back office, atención de PQR: radicación, análisis , respuesta y gestión integral.
Requisitos
Contar con experiencia en la gestión integral de casos y PQR de clientes o diferentes grupos de interés, con capacidad para realizar su registro, dar inicio al trámite correspondiente y asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos, calidad y una adecuada experiencia del cliente, en coherencia con los parámetros y la visión organizacional.Other facts
