As the leader for Client Growth, you will guide the product-led growth strategy and execution across both our enterprise and non-enterprise customer segments. We are looking for a leader who can not only create impact through high-velocity experiments of existing levers within the product but also discover and develop new levers to unlock the tremendous opportunity in this new era of work.&nbsp;</p> <h3>Your Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Gain an understanding of customer needs and pain points. Given the scope and accountability of this role, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to guard and improve the end-to-end customer experience for our clients.</p> </li> <li> <p>Set an overarching growth strategy for Upwork's clients, both enterprise and non-enterprise. Your role will span the product-led growth lifecycle, from acquisition, to onboarding, to activation, and monetization, offering you the potential to impact Upwork on a large scale.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead and mentor a team of product managers. You will manage and mentor the existing Client Growth, Enterprise Growth, and Platform Growth product teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Enable execution. You will work with cross-functional partners and the team to create collaboration models, processes, and operations to drive high-velocity execution and deliver high-quality insights, working with a distributed engineering team across North America and Europe.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and leverage partnerships. You will not only work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and other product areas, but will also work with marketing leadership across the Acquisition, Life Cycle Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>You'll form close cross-functional relationships and ensuring powerful collaboration across the Consumer Growth team to achieve amazing results together.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>What it takes to catch our eye</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Have perseverance and acute ownership: You will have General Manager aspects.
