About this role

NW Sports Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Riverwoods, Utah!


Riverwoods Position Details:


- As a Pelvic Health Therapist, you will see 8-10 patients per day!


- This is a full-time position with a full-time benefits package!


- We will offer a Sign-on-Bonus!

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program

  • Current or pending state licensure
