Job Description:
Frigo-Trans ist spezialisiert auf die sichere Lagerung und den europaweiten Transport lebenswichtiger pharmazeutischer Güter – zuverlässig, temperaturgeführt und mit höchsten Qualitätsstandards. Unsere Lagerlösungen decken Temperaturbereiche bis zu -195 °C ab und erfüllen die anspruchsvollen Anforderungen der Pharmaindustrie.
Unser Qualitätsmanagement-Team sorgt dafür, dass die hohen Qualitätsanforderungen unserer Kunden jederzeit erfüllt werden. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Abteilungen prüfen wir bestehende Prozesse und entwickeln unsere Standards kontinuierlich weiter.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erfassung und Dokumentation qualitätsrelevanter Prozesse zur Sicherstellung der Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit
- Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von qualitätsbezogenen Vorgängen, wie:
- Abweichungsmeldungen
- Änderungsanträge (Changes)
- Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen (CAPA)
- Qualifizierungen von Lieferanten und Transportpartnern
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung aussagekräftiger Qualitätsreports zur internen und externen Kommunikation
- Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen, inklusive Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von:
- Internen Audits
- Externen Audits
- Behördlichen Inspektionen
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im regulierten GxP-Umfeld ist von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit der MS-Office Suite, insbesondere Word, Excel und Outlook
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Genauigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Freude an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke in einem dynamischen Umfeld
