Job Description:
Inside Sales Associate ( at Koropi - Contract )
An Inside Sales Associate manages the full sales cycle, from finding and qualifying prospect customers of small & medium size to closing deals. Focuses on driving revenue and managing the customer needs via phones and emails from the office. Provides support to customer issues (e.g shipping, billing..), conducts sales calls to existing and potential customers to maintain and grow revenue and to enhance customers satisfaction in line with business plans and company’s policies , uses CRM tools, collaborates with teams to hit targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying and reaching out to potential customers (small & medium size) through inbound and outbound calls.
Managing interactions from first contact to closing the sale.
Educating clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Promoting additional services to existing clients.
Qualifications
Degree in a business-related qualification.
Relative Experience: in customer service or sales min 2 years
Sales Acumen: Negotiation, active listening, and value selling.
Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
Technology skills: Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools
Organization: Time management skills to meet targets.
Proficiency in EN and Greek Language
