QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Industrial Engineering,
- Excellent command of English, comfortable with giving presentations in English,
- Skilled command of MS-Office tools(Especially Access & Excel),
- Knowledge of SQL commands/language,
- Self-driven in following his/her responsibilities,
- Self-motivated, ready to take initiative, open for development,
- Team worker and strong in interpersonal relationships,
- Can adapt to dynamic work environment,
- Has a clear vision of career goals,
JOB SUMMARY
The Data Reporting and Metrics Specialist is responsible for providing operational data for Global Freight Forwarding. He/ She generates queries to obtain data for internal customer requests and analyzes data to ensure the information is accurate and meets customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generates Reports
- Utilizes advanced data retrieval methods (e.g., SQL, macros, etc.) to create and run queries efficiently.
- Generates operational reports for senior management to help identify service failures and to support operational planning decisions.
- Analyzes and formats data deliverables (e.g., reports, spreadsheets, etc.) to provide users with meaningful and interpretable information.
- Conducts Research and Analyzes Data
- Researches and identifies operational data to ensure stakeholders (e.g., senior management, etc.) are informed.
- Analyzes and manipulates data to answer business questions and to respond to data requests.
- Identifies appropriate information to share with stakeholders to ensure clarity, focus, and efficiency of data.
