The role involves joining as a Business Development Associate in San Francisco, full-time and on-site, to work with the founders to drive growth and build the commercial foundation of Uplane. It will build and execute inbound and outbound B2B sales motions, run structured growth experiments, and actively contribute to closing new customers as part of Growth & Go-to-Market. It includes Founder Support & Strategic Execution, collaborating with the founders on strategic initiatives, high-priority projects, and ad-hoc analyses critical to company growth. It also covers Internal Processes & Scaling, supporting topics across hiring, finance, and legal to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and scalability.

Uplane, founded in 2025 and based in San Francisco, is building an AI autopilot for advertising. The seven-person, active team aims to replace marketing agencies, patchwork spreadsheets, and siloed tools with a single self-improving AI system that can manage and spend the world’s marketing budget. It positions itself as more than another marketing tool, promising an AI engine that will shape the future of marketing, which it says will be nothing like the past.
