Our scents are created in the same fragrance house as Armani, led by our CEO James, formerly of Armani fragrances.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Planet / Innovation: The first men’s brand to launch a refillable proposition, combining efficacy, prestige fragrance and recyclable packaging.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Community: We exist to authentically elevate men - inspiring them to do 1% better, every day.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>The Opportunity</strong></span></p><p><span>We’re rethinking what “brand” means at Rock Face.</span></p><p><span>Historically, our marketing has been driven by bold above-the-line brand campaigns (TV, OOH and retail-led storytelling) and that approach has delivered serious results. But our next phase requires something different.</span></p><p><span>We’re building a content-led brand, not a traditional FMCG brand function.</span></p><p><span>This role is not for a classic brand manager or “safe pair of hands.” We’re looking for someone trained in content methodology, who now wants to build a content engine from the inside, to deliver remarkable organic reach.</span></p><p><span>You will not be making the content yourself.</span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat, sans-serif;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre-wrap;"><br></span><span>You will be building the system that makes great content inevitable.</span></p><p><span>If successful, you will be joining a team who have experience working for the best FMCG businesses. These cover L’Oreal, Wild, Amazon, Diageo, Higgidy, Ikea, Coke and Beauty Corp to name a few. We are a true scale up so everyone in the team is both a strategist and is willing to get their hands dirty when needed.</span></p><p><span><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p><p><span>1. Build Rock Face’s Content Engine (Your #1 Priority)</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Design and run a content factory model that turns Rock Face into a true content-led business.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create a clear editorial routine across social, brand and community touchpoints.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and manage a network of creators, freelancers and agency partners.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Set the standard for exceptional briefing, creative direction and output quality.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own content planning, feedback loops, and performance reporting - ensuring learnings translate into better creative.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>2.
