UofL Physicians is seeking a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join its growing Neuro section.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Clinical Duties and Training of Diagnostic Radiology Residents: Interpretation of structural studies: MRI, CT scans, myelograms and plain films of the brain, extracranial head/neck, and spine.
Optional: MR studies of the temporomandibular joints, MRI of the brachial plexus, and MRI lumbar plexus. Interpretation of MR and CT cerebral and neck angiograms.
Interpretation of functional imaging studies: BOLD fMRI, DTI with tractography, CT/MR perfusion, and CSF flow studies.
Optional: DCE of CNS, ENT.
Procedural Expertise: CT-guided spinal, paraspinal, and neck biopsies. Fluoroscopically-guided lumbar punctures, myelograms
Optional: Facet blocks, epidural steroid injections, discograms, nerve blocks.
Clinical Duties and Training of Diagnostic Radiology Residents: We cover all hospitals in the UofL system, including a Level One Trauma Center. Clinical responsibilities include the interpretation of X-rays, CT, and MRI.
Required Qualifications: Medical Degree or equivalent, eligibility for Kentucky Medical License, and ABR certified or eligible.
