Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure achievement of personal targets including NTB, Funding (CASA & FD), Deposit Mix, Insurance (APE) & Wealth Revenue.
2. Have a daily 2-way sales plan.
3. Attend daily SOD & EOD briefings conducted by BM / Funding Team Head / Wealth Banking Head.
4. Provide timely daily reports to BM / Funding Team Head.
5. Ensure sales practices comply with SOPs, SLAs and any applicable regulations.
6. Ensure compliance with the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process in accordance with the AML-CFT Policy, Guidelines and fair transaction rules.
7. Carry out daily sales discipline/operating rhythm implemented by the Wealth Banking Head, in order to increase productivity and achieve business targets and balance of business
Job Requirements
1. Minimum S1 degree
2.Experienced as a sales person in the banking industry
3.Have banking operational knowledge min. 3 years.
4.Have good communication and leadership skills.
5.Accustomed to working with targets.
