Job Description
Leading the Operations Excellence team the person will have the key resposibilities below
• Engage in audit and compliance reviews, assurance check and work with COE Leads as well as Group stakeholders to define action plan.
• Proactively identify performance issues and provide insights through data analytics on key metrics.
• Lead and support the deliverables of Monthly Management Reporting and BAU operational dashboards
• Identify process design and execution issues through control check.
• Identify and escalate self-identified issue on timely manner and track the action plan to closure.
• Lead the deliverables / objectives set for governance forum
• Monitors change performance and supports process improvements which derived from policy updates, technology adoption, and remediation of control gap.
• Identify opportunity to streamline processes to optimize productivity in a controlled environment.
• Strengthen partnership and maintain engagement between AFC Ops and Group functions to drive change strategy, ensure consistency, and share best practices.
• Identify, escalate and take action with COE Leads to address resource capacity and competency requirements via key metrics and QC results
• Drive personal and professional development to upskill workforce to meet future requirements

What you'll do
- The VP2, Retail AFC - OET will lead the Operations Excellence team, engaging in audit and compliance reviews, and proactively identifying performance issues through data analytics.
