Job Description

UOB Innovation Group is seeking dynamic and detail-oriented temporary staff to support innovation strategic projects(Production Support) and initiatives. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge innovation projects and cross-functional collaboration across business units to provide production support. Ideal candidates should be passionate about driving innovation, possess strong communication skills, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, willingness to learn and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document activities across innovation projects, ensuring timely updates and accurate records.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of key metrics to track production support issues progress and outcomes.
• Maintain and enhance internal dashboards and trackers aligned with project workstreams and milestones.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of collaboration initiatives and cross-functional engagements.
• Assist in the production support of presentation decks and meeting materials for management reviews and team discussions.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for innovation workshops, training sessions, and related events.
• Encourages learning and reinforces understanding of systems and processes
• And Understand production support environments, Create or update internal documentation for recurring issues or support procedures.
• Submit at least 10 knowledge articles per month reviewed and approved by SMEs / team lead
• Monitor production systems using designated tools (e.g. Splunk, Geneos, BMC TruSight) and respond to alerts based on severity and SOPs.
• Learn & apply company’s incident management process using BMC Helix to resolve level 2 production issues.
• Assist in scheduled IT maintenance tasks including patch management, Capacity assessment,  RDR drills, and SSL certificate renewals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Machine Learning Modeling, and or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with hands-on experience in analytical platforms such as Helix Remedy, Geneos , Splunk and generative AI tools like Copilot to enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making.
• Meticulous and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
