Job Description

Banking Operations - Loan Documentation & Processing is responsible for activities related to the operational groups that support the revenue generating business lines of the firm.

• Responsibilities include general account operations, loan closing, loan documentation & processing, and other related activities.
• The Loan Documentation & Processing focus specializes in preparing and reviewing loan documentation.
• Provides support for tasks related to the loan process, including independently processing, closing, and funding loans, and signing off on conditions. Advanced knowledge of lending documentation, operations, and terminology required.
• The Corporate and Commercial Banking Operations function is responsible for the operational support to the Corporate and Commercial Banking business aeas, including transaction banking.

Job Responsibilities

• Minimum ITE Certificate in Business Studies or GCE 'O’ levels qualification
• Preferably with experience in banking operations
• Candidates without any experience are welcome to apply if interested in working back-end operations.
• Must be responsible, committed and diligent.
• Positive work attitude. Good team player.
• Able to work under pressure especially when deadlines are tight.
• Able to cope with increased volume and must be fast and meticulous.
• Good PC skills (MS Office - Advance Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Additional Requirements

·Perform factual security and documentation compliance checks·Perform facilities limit implementation in Bank's systems·Perform data entries updates via FLMS, bCAS, CMT, LES & CDMS·Support function such as print and collate reports, archiving, counter duties, sorting mails and incoming documents from internal and external parties, etc.
Assist in adhoc assignments and projects, RDR production support, etc., ITE - Banking & Finance, O Level - Banking & Finance
