Job Description

- Managing the team ensuring smooth running of Card servicing function within the bank which encompasses - Card cancellation, replacement, GIRO applications, Card Statement Retrieval etc - Spearhead projects and initiatives in the area of card servicing operations, together with business, operation, technology teams to increase efficiency and improve productivity to enhance customer and employee journeys. - Drive data-driven programs to support run & change agendas and - Review and recommend process improvement for productivity effectiveness and efficiency, which includes using data to study trends in card servicing requests to perform gap/problem analysis on the processes and provide recommendation for change and mitigation of risks. - Conduct risk reviews, including self-assessments, internal reviews and audit reviews, highlight control gaps and propose action plans to ensure compliance with group operational policies and procedures in the area of card servicing operations. - Lead the periodic control checks, upkeep, update and maintenance of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the team’s processes. - Manage the team in liaising with internal stakeholders on day-to-day operations of card servicing matters, to ensure service level is met.
