Job Description
Conduct thorough credit evaluations by reviewing financial statements, cash flow projections, and other relevant documents.
Prepare detailed credit reports outlining the risks associated with each borrower and make recommendations regarding approval or rejection of loan applications.
Monitor the performance of existing loans in the portfolio, including tracking payments and identifying potential problems early on.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to credit analysis.
Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure efficient service delivery.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accountancy, economics, or another relevant field.
Minimum two years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in a commercial bank.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Experience with specialized lending programs such as SME financing would be advantageous.
