About the Department
Strategic Communications and Brand (SCB) is responsible for protecting and promoting the UOB brand. Working closely with our stakeholders, we create and execute integrated communications strategies to promote awareness and understanding of the Bank’s approach to supporting its colleagues, customers and the communities in which it operates.
Responsibilities:
Payment & Contract Administration
Create Purchase Orders (POs) on SAP, track payment progress, and process payments for activities across external communications, internal communications, social media, brand, CSR, and art initiatives (approx. 80 payments and 40 contracts in 2H).
Assist with contract, acceptance, and liquidation processes, including obtaining signatures, stamping, scanning, and archiving documents.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare media coverage reports and monthly communications reports for GSCB.
Summarise daily media clippings related to UOB and competitors.
Draft and prepare meeting minutes for internal meetings.
Translation & Content Support
Assist reports and announcements translation from English to Vietnamese.
Transcribe interviews and speeches, take notes during events, and summarise key content.
Event Support
Media Events: Welcome and check-in media guests, manage logistics (drinks, meals, gifts), and distribute media kits and door gifts.
CSR Events: Arrange logistics such as booking flights and hotels for judges, transportation, and meals.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
