
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. We are seeking a hungry, meticulously organized, and highly ambitious recruiter to be our first in-house talent acquisition hire and build our recruiting engine from the ground up. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves recruiting and wants to own the pipeline, the process, and the systems that help Unwrap scale from ~33 to ~50+ employees.
What will you be doing?
Own the full-cycle recruiting process across both technical (Engineering) and non-technical roles (primarily Sales/AEs, plus a sprinkle of Marketing and G&A), from sourcing and outreach through closing.
Spend the majority of your time sourcing and building pipeline, developing repeatable channels and playbooks so we are not starting from zero on every search.
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, helping streamline interview loops, improve hiring velocity, and shape an evaluation process that scales beyond founder-led final rounds.
Implement and continuously optimize recruiting systems, process infrastructure, and operating rhythms (tracking, reporting, candidate experience, coordination) to support rapid headcount growth without hiring recruiters linearly.
Serve as a brand ambassador and closer, effectively selling Unwrap.ai’s mission, traction, and culture, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience through tight follow-up, clear communication, and high-touch relationship building.
