About this role
Unwrap is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help us build the future of customer feedback analysis. You’ll work across our TypeScript-based stack (Node.js + GraphQL backend, React frontend) to design and ship high-impact features end-to-end—from talking with customers to writing code to launching production-ready tools. This is an individual contributor role with high ownership, focused on creating intuitive user experiences powered by state-of-the-art AI. You'll collaborate closely with our NLP team, interface with enterprise customers like Lululemon and Stripe, and help shape the product in its most critical stages of growth.This is a full-time, in-person role based in downtown Santa Barbara, where 90% of our team works side-by-side.
