Harborview Medical Center's 5NJB Neurosurgery, Ortho, Sports, and Spine Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN).

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Full-Time, 40 hours weekly

  • Day Shift, Mon-Fri 0900-1730

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Neurological Surgery Clinic is located in the Ninth and Jefferson Building at Harborview Medical Center. It provides comprehensive assessment and management of neurological conditions, including acute vascular anomalies, brain tumors, aneurysms, movement disorders and diseases of the nervous system. The clinic is staffed by attending physicians who evaluate patients for advanced elective procedures and diagnostic studies.

The Spine Center at Harborview provides a cost-effective multidisciplinary approach to spine care. Our goal is not just pain relief. We work to maximize the restoration of function. Treatment options range from exercises to major surgery, and we match each patient with the right providers and treatment plan.

The Sports Medicine Center at Harborview is more than a sports injury clinic. We offer a full range of sports medicine services in a convenient, comfortable and patient-friendly setting. Our services include thorough, non-operative and surgical care, diagnostic imaging, musculoskeletal ultrasound, physical therapy and rehabilitation.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination of care and the education of patients during the pre-surgical and post-surgical period

  • Lead in patient assessment and the flow of the clinics
    Triage patients for acute neurological changes

  • Triaging patients on multiple platforms including phone, MyChart, and in person

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active WA State or Multi-State RN License by start date

  • At least 2 years of RN working experience, Neuro experience required

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum:

$94,824.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum:

$175,692.00 annual

Other Compensation:

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus $1/hour BSN premium Relocation assistance available
