Job Description
The Computer Support Analyst I will support the on-site IT operations of the Institute for Protein Design (IPD) providing day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, lab equipment, and connectivity to the IPD’s data center infrastructure. This position is responsible for responding to tickets from IPD members, deploying and maintaining IT equipment in office and wet lab environments, and coordinating with IPD staff and external vendors with equipment setup. Additional duties include A/V support for presentations, documenting procedures and instructions, and training end-users on accessing the IPD’s IT resources. The position will also require travel between IPD sites on UW main campus and an off-campus location in SLU.
