The MD Program trains the next generation of doctors by delivering a comprehensive learning experience to our students. We have been at the forefront of medical education innovation and scholarship, as well as life-changing health research and innovation, since we were established in 1843. In collaboration with Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME) and MedIT, we are undergoing a transformation in Medical Education Information Technology to support a high quality teaching and learning environment. This major project has a two-year implementation horizon and will result in an integrated Learner Management System for both the MD Program and PGME. As a Systems Support Specialist, you will play a central role in analyzing complex data that requires great precision and attention to many details. Advising on data structure designs. Working closely with stakeholders, you will gather user feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of system functionality and reliability. In this role, you will also support configuration, coordinate training, participate in testing activities, document user requirements, and support effective knowledge transfer across theorganization.
