In addition to being a locus of student life, we sponsor a variety of academic programs, such as Digital Humanities, a discipline at the intersections of the humanities with computing.
Under the direction of the Director, Assess Programs and Registrarial Services, the incumbent is a valued member of the Woodsworth College Registrar’s Office academic advising team. The incumbent is responsible for in-person and email advisement, facilitating admissions, and assisting students with navigating fees, petitions, and other rules and regulations in the Faculty of Arts and Science (FAS).
Specifically, the incumbent coordinates the admissions, advising, and program administration of two programs: the Academic Bridging Program and Digital Humanities. The incumbent must maintain student records and achievement data as well as produce corresponding reports. In addition, the incumbent is the primary contact for other offices at the University of Toronto and for responding to general and detailed inquiries from students, staff, instructors, other institutions, and the general public. The person also provides program support and administrative support for the Woodsworth One program.
