Requirements

We are seeking friendly, high-energy full-time and part time Servers with open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and are passionate about delivering Best in Class service.

As a Server, you'll be responsible for taking food and drink orders, entering them into our point-of-sale system, and ensuring guests are served efficiently and courteously. You'll work closely with both front and back-of-house teams to provide a seamless dining experience.

We are seeking a professional, full-time and part time Servers to join our food & beverage team at our private country club. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a fine dining or upscale resort environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service. We are not seeking seasonal hires at this time, but please keep an eye out as we near spring and summer!

About the Role:

As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a refined yet relaxed dining experience for our members and their guests. A member-first attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential to success in this role. You will work as part of a team dedicated to exceeding expectations and creating memorable moments at every table.

Responsibilities:

• Provide polished, professional service in accordance with fine dining standards
• Build rapport with members and guests to create a welcoming and personalized experience
• Execute all aspects of table service including menu knowledge, wine service, and proper table settings
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining room
• Uphold club policies and service standards with consistency and integrity
  

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of serving experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality setting
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. While we are open to full time or part time status, you must have consistently open availability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Commitment to service excellence and hospitality
• Knowledge of wine and classic service etiquette preferred
