Job Details:

Purpose

Script testers that are responsible for performing the Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) for an Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation. Primary role is to use predefined test scripts to ensure all hardware and peripheral devices function correctly and integrate seamlessly with the Epic software before "go live".

Responsibilities

Testers execute detailed, step‑by‑step test scripts to validate specific workflows and ensure proper device functionality.

Required Qualifications

The candidate has a high school diploma and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with others. They manage their time well, apply solid problem‑solving abilities, and can follow scripts accurately while documenting information thoroughly.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

Attention to detail is essential for accurately following test scripts, while strong communication skills support clear reporting, effective coordination, and quality customer service. Problem‑solving is also critical, as the role requires identifying and documenting issues for resolution. Additionally, adaptability is important, whether working independently in the field or supporting operations from a command center.

Salary Range
$15.00 Hourly
