Physician Assistant Fellow – Urology
The Physician Assistant (PA) Fellow in Urology is a 12-month, full-time, paid postgraduate training position designed to provide advanced clinical training in comprehensive urologic care. The fellowship prepares PAs for high-level practice in urology through structured rotations, faculty mentorship, and progressive clinical responsibility in outpatient, operative, and inpatient settings.
Urology faces a growing workforce shortage due to an aging population and increasing disease complexity. USC's PA Fellowship in Clinical Urology training program expands access to care, improves readiness for specialty practice, and supports long-term recruitment. Graduates of this special fellowship are highly-trained and competitive, and often command higher starting salaries due to advanced specialty skills. This program supports the growing national need for urologic providers and serves as a pipeline for recruitment into permanent urology PA positions.
