Summary: The network analyst provides operational support for the university’s network infrastructure with a primary focus on system administration for network services. This includes configuring, monitoring, and maintaining backend platforms that support wired and wireless networking, telephony, electronic door access, and video surveillance systems. This role also performs troubleshooting and sustainment activities to support reliable service delivery and contributes to accurate documentation and process improvement. Installation and verification of network devices occur as needed, alongside collaboration with senior analysts and infrastructure teams. Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications:
