As a Warranty Administrator, you will process and resolve branch warranty claims. You will also manage product complaints including branch/manufacturer communications.

This is a hybrid role in our Scottsdale, AZ corporate office

What you'll do:

  • Field branch & manufacturer requests and questions

  • Organize and review work orders to determine warranty claim eligibility

  • File claims manually and on-line with manufacturers on a daily basis

  • Perform claim maintenance in Rental Man recording claims sent to manufacturers

  • Process and track warranty claims until resolution has been recorded

  • Communicate as needed with branches and suppliers to facilitate the reimbursement of the warranty claims or re-filing if necessary

  • Record credit memos and/or denials in claim maintenance for all warranty claims

  • Attend and prepare manufacturer information for supplier meetings as needed   

  • Research and record status of claims for monthly claim aging & controller spreadsheets for follow-up and resolution of outstanding claims

  • Special analysis projects, presentations and assistance to Asst. Warranty Manager as needed

  • Attend and prepare manufacturer information for supplier meetings as needed

  • Create manufacturer informational sheets for intranet posting

  • Conduct and participate in warranty WebEx classes

  • Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in a corporate environment

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with personnel in the organization

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and computer skills

  • Strong knowledge of all models of equipment and all changes on the various models from each manufacturer
