The Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh invites applications for a part-time, short-term replacement for two weeks of BIOSC 1000 Biochemistry lecture in the Spring 2026 term. Starting date is likely to be between 20 January and 30 January 2026. The position could be extended to additional weeks. The position is outside of the tenure stream. Minimum qualifications are a PhD in Biology or a related field with teaching experience; preferred qualifications include experience teaching biochemistry, teaching lecture courses, teaching online, publication of postgraduate research in a relevant area, and formal training in teaching.
