Responsibilities and Career Competencies:
- Attend 8 in-person GROWL sessions on campus. (P)
- Work as a team with professional staff and other GROWL Leaders to set up and prep for in-person sessions the afternoon before GROWL date. (TW, EI)
- Serve as the initial point of contact when GROWL Leaders have general questions about the responsibilities of being a GROWL Leader. (CSD, CT, L)
- Oversee and support nine GROWL Leaders as they reach out to students prior to each GROWL session (both in-person and virtual sessions). (C, P, L)
- Manage contact log that GROWL Leaders will maintain as they document communication with GROWL attendees. (CSD, T)

Pay Rate: Hourly pay $8.75 from March 15th-May 1st
Switched to Stipend pay after May 1st $150 for each in-person GROWL session
$150 stipend to be paid June 30 based on oversight and support of GROWL Leaders completing contact log from May 1-June 30.
$150 stipend to be paid August 15 based on oversight and support of GROWL Leaders completing contact log from July 1- August 15.
Location: HPE 7th floor
