
This position has a primary responsibility to track student academic data, including block exam and national benchmark assessments, in support of KYCOM’s Program for Academic Support and Success (KYCOM-PASS).
Responsibilities:
Education/Experience:
• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Previous academic administrative experience is preferred.
Skills/Abilities:
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills to assist faculty, staff, and students.
• Must understand and maintain confidentiality in compliance with FERPA and, if applicable, HIPAA.
• Must have excellent computer skills with efficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently and also as a member of a team.
