Topics relating to the contractual relationship within the project team, including the different types of contracts and their application, the preparation of project documents, the evaluation of different types of project organization structures and associated project delivery systems, bidding strategies, network analysis using deterministic and stochastic methods for time and cost management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering required, Master's in management or engineering preferred, PhD an asset, solid industry track record in professional and managerial role(s) related to project information management as well as technology project initiation, development and management required.  Experience as CTO and/or CIO or higher-ranking role in engineering management in a technical/technological firm is strongly preferred

Experience in post-secondary teaching and/or professional development instruction preferred.
