Are you an exceptional administrator who wants to play a vital part in the education of New Zealand’s future health professionals and support some of New Zealand’s best health researchers? If so, this is the job for you!

In these administrator roles you will provide proactive teaching, timetabling and administrative support while becoming a trusted point of contact for a range of students, staff and visitors.

Key tasks may include:
•    Providing administration support including document drafting, minute taking, and records management.
•    Coordinating the rosters of students in academic and clinical settings.
•    Providing teaching, timetabling, clinical placement coordination.
•    Coordinating student assessments.
•    Using University systems to maintain databases, extracting data, providing reports and other relevant data.

Along with excellent administration and coordination skills, a strong customer service focus is critical to success in this role.

We are looking for candidates who have:
•    Proven experience in a busy administration role.
•    A passion for delivering exceptional assistance to customers.
•    Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
•    Have exceptional communication skills, be a team player and a keen learner.

This is a fixed term (1 March 2026 to 22 January 2027), part time position based in Pōneke, Wellington.

This position is open to the successful applicant doing 22.5 (0.6 FTE) hours per week or at 34 hours (0.9 FTE) per week. Applicants are kindly requested to indicate their preferred position in their cover letter.

The appointment range for the roles is Level 4 $63,508 to $68,185. Top of Range $73,640 (pro-rata).
