| Position Summary | The UNM College of Fine Arts (CFA) is the heart of art in New Mexico! The CFA Dean’s Office supports the College’s four academic departments (Art, Film & Digital Arts, Music, Theatre & Dance), academic programs [BAIA (Bachelors of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts), ALBS (Arts Leadership + Business minor)], and ARTSLab, Tamarind Institute, and the UNM Art Museum. The UNM College of Fine Arts’ Office of the Dean is seeking to hire a work-study employee to work primarily at the front desk and to assist with the College’s social media accounts. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages, & provides general information; greets & directs visitors; answers routine inquiries; maintains log of inquiries as required. Typical work hours will be Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM – Noon and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (with rare evening/weekend hours for special events). Availability to work a minimum of 15 - 20 hours per week. Punctuality is a must. |
