DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Maintain and enter/extract data. Maintain recordkeeping and tracking systems. Research, gather information and organize data to prepare complex reports, presentations, summaries of various materials, as well as compose and edit a variety of correspondence. 

 

Oversee, review, and reconcile accountants, patient accounts or payroll reports, prepare HR related documents, calculate/record leave usage for departmental employees and respond to related inquires.


Support preparation of complex plans, tracking systems, bids and/or proposals. Maintain accurate records of processes. 


Work closely with vendors, customers and/or internal or external constituencies. Schedule appointments and manage calendar. 


Oversee and/or order supplies and office equipment. Process and sign requisitions, vouchers, and related documents. 


Provide guidance, instruction, train, and assign/delegate work as appropriate. 


May complete unit/department specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired. 

 

One (1) year of experience in a related field. 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
