As a Senior Program Coordinator at Asialink Business, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality corporate training programs. You will have the opportunity to design training materials, support program delivery, and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to enhance Australia's Asia capability. This role offers you the chance to contribute to a vibrant organisation dedicated to fostering Australia's engagement with Asia.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate Corporate Training Programs: Manage the Asialink Business Academy's operations, ensuring high-quality program execution and participant engagement.
Develop Engaging Professional Training Materials: Create and coordinate training materials, including powerpoint and digital design skills to support facilitator-led programs.
Enhance Quality Processes: Contribute to the development and implementation of systems that ensure continued excellence in program delivery.
Support Organisational Activities: Provide administrative assistance across Asialink Business teams and engage with other Asialink arms to further organisational goals.

You are a highly organised and motivated professional with experience in project administration and corporate training programs, eager to enhance Australia's Asia capability through innovative program coordination and stakeholder collaboration.
You also will:
Have experience in project administration and coordination throughout the training program lifecycle.
Be adept at using digital technologies for delivering online and face-to-face training programs.
Possess expertise in developing training materials and supporting participant engagement.
Demonstrate outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills.
Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and open to creative problem-solving approaches.
