As a Communications Coordinator within the Corporate Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting community events, managing logistics, and coordinating internal communications. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of engagement activities while developing your organisational and stakeholder management skills in a vibrant university environment. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Coordinate Community and Stakeholder Activities: Support logistics, planning, and the running of events, presentations and initiatives.  

  • Manage Communications Materials: Prepare briefs, produce collateral, and update internal platforms for consistent messaging. 

  • Facilitate Internal Engagement: Oversee event logistics, presentations, and team programmes to enhance engagement and team culture.  

  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work with stakeholders to build trust and support the delivery of Corporate Development objectives.  

You may be a great fit if: 

You will have experience in providing logistics support within communications functions and possess strong organisational and time management skills, enabling you to navigate complex environments and support the successful delivery of Corporate Development goals.  

You may also: 

  • Have 3+ years’ experience in communications or a related field with strong logistics skills. 

  • Have experience using customer or stakeholder relationship management platforms.  

  • Possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively. 

  • Have experience in events management or project coordination roles.  

  • Be proactive and able to take initiative in supporting strategic priorities.
