The University of Iowa Health Care department of Food & Nutrition is seeking a Pediatric Lead Clinical Dietitian. This position is under the direction of the Assistant Director, Clinical in the Department of Food and Nutrition Services at UI Health Care. This position is responsible for supporting the Assistant Director in supervision, hiring, training, compliances, and serves as a point of reference for Clinical Dietitian I/II. Demonstrates a high level of leadership and accountability for standards of practice. Displays an advanced level of nutritional competency rooted in evidence-based principles. The lead clinical dietitian collaborates with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care. Provides clinical care necessary to meet patient care requirements.
