Job Summary: | The Clinic Manager for the Addiction Research and Treatment Services (ARTS) Adult Outpatient Program (AOP) oversees operations at an ARTS clinic in the Metro Denver area, including the Medication Mobile Unit. This role manages substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health services for adults, provides clinical supervision to staff, and ensures effective patient assignment and care delivery. The position requires strong leadership in clinic management and clinical oversight. This position is based on a 40-hour work week, typically 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. Typical work hours for this position are 6:00am – 2:30pm, although work may be required on afternoons, evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, or on other days based on the needs of the clinic, patients, agency, attend trainings, community events, and/or for other coverage duties. Work Location: | Onsite – this position is assigned to a primary clinic location to ensure its smooth day-to-day operations. This position may need to travel to the other ARTS locations and may be required to occasionally work out of a non-clinic location. |

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $83,170 – $105,793. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
