Job Summary: | The Advancing the Science of Palliative Care Research Across the Lifespan (ASCENT) Consortium is a national consortium of experts in palliative care that will provide resources, expertise, and coordination to advance innovative, high-quality research to improve palliative care, ultimately improving quality of life for those living with serious illness and those who care for them. You will be joining a dynamic team who is leading the implementation of the goals and priorities of the ASCENT Consortium. The Scientific Resource Navigator will perform day-to-day operationalization of the ASCENT Lab including all consultation activities connecting members of the palliative care research community with ASCENT resources to further their palliative care research. This includes end-to-end management of the consultation program, liaising between investigators requesting consultative services and consultants, the Data Coordinating Center, de-identified data repositories, and other resources with those programs and ASCENT leadership. The resource navigator will prepare and ensure operationalization of performance improvement plans to address the evolving needs of the field in relation to the scientific resources of ASCENT. The workflow for the duties within the ASCENT Lab fluctuates based on the need of the program. Key Responsibilities:

Work Location: | Hybrid – This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. |
