Prep Like a Pro: Help set up the cafeteria and patient service areas to ensure everything is ready for service.
Friendly Face, Warm Welcome: Greet customers with a smile and make them feel at home!
Stock & Organize: Make sure all work areas are stocked with supplies and everything is neat and accessible.
Team Player: Work closely with your supervisor and teammates to make sure the cafeteria is running efficiently.
Safety First: Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment.
Communication Superstar: Assist customers and patients by providing clear, friendly service.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Awesome Interpersonal Skills: You’ll need to be friendly and enjoy meeting new people, offering great service, and building positive connections.
Top-Notch Communication: You should have great written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to read and follow instructions.
Food Handler's Permit: You’ll need to have or be willing to acquire a City of Kansas City, MO, City of Independence, Jackson County, or Clay County Food Handler’s Permit within 30 days of hire (if you don’t already have it).
Physical Skills: You should be comfortable with tasks that require bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, grasping, and fine motor skills like turning your wrists and fingers to perform tasks effectively.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
