Job Description
Sports Producer
The Sports Producer serves the Pointer Studios brand. This person is responsible for the management and continuity of a weekly sports programming, regular live sport broadcasts, filling positions for unpaid on-air/behind the scenes talent and the archival of the above-mentioned sports programming and upholding a good relationship with the UWSP Athletic Department.
Manage all content under the Sports branch
Write, produce, and edit your own sports show
Manage live broadcasts for live sporting events
Fill positions for on-air and behind the scenes
Handle all sports related outreach and partnerships

Required Qualifications
Students applying for this position must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference goes to:
Media Studies or other Communication majors
People with a passion for making media related projects
People with a passion for sports and live-streaming content
Adobe and editing software knowledge
Those who have participated in Pointer Studios related events
Education
Available for the academic year and maintains a cumulative GPA of a 2.0 or above.
