About this role

Overview

Are you energized by fast-paced environments and dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences? As the Front Desk Coordinator at Universal Technical Institute's Orlando, FL campus, you will serve as the welcoming face and brand ambassador for our vibrant community. Your key responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, efficiently managing details, and nurturing strong relationships. This role involves engagement with prospective students, handling phone inquiries, and managing clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Has a friendly and approachable demeanor who can easily establish a rapport with visitors - including potential students, families, UTI colleagues, and industry partners.
  • Can handle visitor inquiries, concerns, and requests in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Able to work collaboratively with team members to address any issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience with multi-line phone system strongly preferred.
  • Customer Service experience required.

Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly visible environment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and visitors (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work well with a variety of styles and personalities.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Confidence in public speaking
  • Strong keyboarding skills
