Are you passionate about developing innovative solutions in the gaming industry? Do you thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our team, dedicated to building solutions for game publishers working with Unity Ads!


As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our platform! Your responsibilities will include crafting and implementing robust, scalable, and secure software systems, collaborating with multi-functional teams to capture requirements, and continuously improving the performance and reliability of our products. We are seeing incredible success with our new platform vector and this role will help to continue that success


What you'll be doing



  • Define and implement the technical vision and product direction for the Ads Dashboard aligned to important metrics and customer value

  • Lead technical design for key initiatives, driving quality, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Build reusable and performant UI components for a best-in-class no-code builder experience.

  • Implement and optimize real-time visualizations and workflows that convert complex signals into actionable results

  • Architect, implement, test, and maintain services powering real-time and batch analytics; ensure reliability, latency, and availability targets are reached

  • Establish and uphold engineering principles, guardrails, and observability that enable rapid iteration and long-term maintainability

  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Architecture to define the “what” and “how” of features, ensuring solutions are both user-friendly and technically sound.

  • Partner with infrastructure and platform teams to optimize system performance and reliability.

  • Mentor and support engineers across the team, fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.


What we're looking for



  • 8+ years of experience building modern web applications in a full-stack environment.

  • Deep expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, and Node.js (Express or similar frameworks).

  • Experience designing APIs and building robust services at scale in a distributed, cloud-based architecture.

  • Quantifiable improvements to UX across varied mobile/network conditions (e.g., reduced load time, increased engagement, improved accessibility scores)

  • Proven track record implementing CI, code reviews, automated testing, and observability evidenced by coverage thresholds and incident reduction

  • Passion for craftsmanship and high engineering standards (testing, monitoring, documentation, scalability).

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and build consensus across functions.

  • AdTech or gaming domain experience;

  • Kubernetes proficiency supporting reliability at scale;
