1. Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or related field)
2. Training and Experience: Previous experience in the nonprofit or healthcare sector preferred. Previous sales experience and/or event planning experience a plus. Must be results and action-oriented.
3. Job Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Demonstrate good public speaking skills. Contributes to a positive work environment and the overall team effort of the department.

DESCRIPTION:
Provides support to the Foundation Office’s corporate representatives and maintains effective communications and relationships with potential corporate donors. Develops and manages solicitation and stewardship, as well as Foundation-specific events. Supports donor tracking in the database and coordinates sponsorships below the $25,000 giving level. Performs other duties assigned by the Foundation Executive Director.
Under the general supervision of the Foundation Executive Director, the normal working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with evenings and weekends as needed.
