About the Role:
As a Warehouse Specialist, you’ll support essential daily operation such as receiving, replenishing, picking, packing, and shipping product with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong focus on safety and quality. Working under the direction of the DC Manager, you’ll also help maintain an organized workspace, assist with inventory counts, and perform other operational tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Accurately receive inbound stock and ensure put away completion to consistently maintain service level requirements
- Meet or exceed customer expectations
- Accurately complete cycle counts in adherence to documented procedures and share findings with the distribution center Manager for root cause analysis
- Quickly move from one task to another without being expressly asked to do so
- Maintain professional demeanor and good attendance
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills to effectively interact with peers and management
- Strong problem-solving skills and a superior ability to research data to find resolutions
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years’ experience with 1 2 years directly related to the job.
- College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.

Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.
