Como Especialista en Ventas Residenciales Puerta a Puerta, serás responsable de interactuar directamente con potenciales clientes residenciales en sus hogares para vender productos y servicios. ¿Qué harás?

  • Serás responsable de vender productos y servicios de internet de Kinetic a potenciales clientes dentro de tu territorio asignado cerca de tu ubicación. Nuestra tecnología fácil de usar elimina los conflictos internos de canales, maximizando así tu potencial de ventas.
  • Utilizarás un vehículo propiedad de la empresa para visitar prospectos, procesar pedidos, asegurar la activación del servicio, configurar la facturación correctamente y realizar seguimientos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, lo que te ayudará a construir una sólida red de referencias. Se espera que alcances los objetivos de ventas de productos y servicios y tienes la opción de asistir a eventos especiales de Kinetic para ampliar tu red y mejorar tus oportunidades de ventas.
  • Participa en nuestro dinámico programa de Residencia en Ventas de 5 semanas, que te brindará las habilidades esenciales y el conocimiento del sector para tener éxito. Como beneficio único, se te proporcionará un vehículo de empresa con aire acondicionado para uso laboral, lo que te permitirá comenzar con todo.   • Experiencia en ventas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y organización.
  • Licencia de conducir válida y buen historial de manejo.
  • Se requiere contar con un vehículo personal confiable y asegurado para trasladarte a los territorios asignados hasta que recibas el vehículo de empresa.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para conectar con otros.
  • ¿Familiaridad con dispositivos móviles como iPads y iPhones?
  • Automotivación y deseo de tener éxito.
  • Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre en todo tipo de clima y recorrer terrenos que incluyan calles pavimentadas, de grava, tierra y caminos con pendientes.
  • Los empleados que trabajen virtualmente deben mantener un espacio de trabajo libre de distracciones y asegurarse de tener una conexión a internet de alta velocidad de al menos 25 Mbps.
  • Ser bilingüe, inglés y español, es un plus.
