This position is National Remote. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in Minneapolis, Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office for a minimum of four (4) days per week.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. 

We offer 4-8 weeks of paid on-the-job training and the hours during training will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday.  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ordering product
• Running out of stock reports and ordering alternate product as needed
• Managing and monitoring product system setup & maintenance
• Monitoring / Maintaining appropriate logs for recalled products, medications, and devices to ensure compliance
• Utilizing Excel spreadsheets to manage days supply and proactive order product
• Moderate work experience within the Procurement/Purchasing/Sourcing functions
• Some work is completed without established procedures
• Basic tasks are completed without review by others
• Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 - $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
