<p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino; color: #2d2d2d;">We are looking for an ambitious highly motivated individual that can join our accounts payable team at our corporate headquarters in Tampa (Carrollwood). The ideal candidate must be able to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and enjoy working in a fast-paced growing environment. This candidate will report directly to the Accounting Manager. <strong><em>This is NOT a remote position.</em></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Full cycle accounts payable processing: high volume invoice processing which includes validating charges, general ledger, intercompany, and multi-location allocation coding.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to validate purchase orders and receiving in the inventory-based software to perform the 3-way matching; working with the Procurement Department to resolve discrepancies.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Work with multi-level approvers to ensure that invoices are approved in a timely manner using a threshold delegation threshold matrix.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with the purchasing department on resolving discrepancies in the inventory-based software</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge and understanding of multiple entities and locations.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Manage vendor relationships and reconcile invoice and payment discrepancies.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Review vendor statements and complete monthly excel-based reconciliations.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate directly with AP Lead to assist with team deadlines, ad-hoc reporting, analyzing data, staff training, and special projects.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain and organize accounts payable records in a cloud based, paperless environment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain vendor W-9’s, contracts, and certificate of insurance</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain many vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with month-end close deadlines with direct knowledge of accruals; continuously look for process improvements to increase efficiency.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Other duties as assigned to support the accounting and payable department as they arise.</span></li>

<p><strong><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;">Qualifications</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="color: #2d2d2d;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;">High school diploma or GED required.</span></li>
<li style="color: #2d2d2d;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;">Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent years of experience in the field.</span></li>
<li style="color: #2d2d2d;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;">At least 3-5 years consistent full-cycle accounts payable experience with an advanced understanding of basic accounting principles and practices required.</span></li>
<li style="color: #2d2d2d;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;">Experience working with financial ERP modules (Oracle/NetSuite a plus).</span></li>
<li style="color: #2d2d2d;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;">Experience with Excel spreadsheets.</span></li>
<li style="color: #2d2d2d;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;">ENVI inventory software experience a plus (IOS System).</span></li>
<li style="color: #2d2d2d;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino;">Knowledgeable in Microsoft Teams and data entry skills.</span></li>
