Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a pivotal figure, you will oversee a team of 3-5 crew members, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. You will utilize a variety of tools, such as mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools, to expertly trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 members, ensuring effective teamwork and task execution.
- Utilize mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to expertly trim grass and edge lawn areas.
- Maintain nearby plants and foliage to uphold an impeccable appearance.
- Uphold quality and safety standards during project execution.
Requirements:
- Crew Leader Experience: Must possess 1-2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
- Experience: Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience is essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
- Leadership Skills: Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.
